Call me an alcoholic, but a drink would be awesome right about now.
Maybe you care, maybe you don’t.
I had my first day of work with some amazing chefs. I love working and being around great people with sassy personality’s and are passionate about their craft. I was pretty lost at the beginning of my first day but I snapped into place and impressed my peers. Come to find out, they all work directly under Wolfgang Puck and were apart of the crew that catered the Oscars. If all goes well in the SD branch of the Wolfgang Puck Catering Co for me, I’ll definitely want to be transferring to L.A to work with the big dogs.
I love my life. I love what I do. I wouldn’t change anything about anything! I am able to have fun doing what I love and no stress over making ends meet. I get to meet these interesting characters that I would never get the opportunity to do if I wasn’t cooking because these people are so unique.
Imagine getting paid for listening to Aaron Coplands Hoedown played by the San Diego Symphony on a stage just feet away, cooking up salmon blt’s and handmade pizza’s with the freshest toppings, all right next to the beautiful San Diego Harbor. I can’t imagine anything better for me right now. I am so happy.
