Yesterday I thought I was doing something by going patchless, but today made me see how strong I am. So many cigarettes and not one tainted my 7 day smoke free lungs. Go me! Yes 7 days isn’t that long, but try to stop doing something you do out of habit (start on a specific side of your mouth when brushing your teeth, saying “um”, taking the same way to work/school) for 7 days,...

I’ve learned to not control my life today. You have no idea how good it feels. I suggest everyone give it a try. Cleaning up your life before handing it over is not necessary by the way, TRUST me. Come broken and I guarantee you will be fixed =)
